BIG IDEAS

We help startups build big ideas with potential strategic partners.

Ideas so big they power partnerships and acquisitions.

MAGIC BOX PARADIGM

Our approach is built around the Magic Box Paradigm framework.

If you haven’t read the MBP and you’re interested in developing actionable relationships with potential strategic partners you should grab a copy here.

If you’re more of the movie type here are a couple videos where we discuss the MBP.

As a co-founder of two venture capital backed software companies he scaled high-performance teams and participated in successful acquisitions. Most recently, at Innotas (a cloud-based portfolio management solution) he drove the product marketing strategy, developed and implemented their North American sales methodology, and grew pre-acquisition sales to $30M. Innotas was acquired by Planview in August 2016. Caleb played a similar role at Convoy Corporation which is now part of SAP. Caleb has a deep understanding of startup environments and knows what it means to be a founder. Caleb’s approach blends the big idea with all the little things it takes to achieve.
